She's definitely seen much better days, and is old and crumpled, but the rooms are clean (as one can get post-prime condition tile, carpets and curtains), the sheets good, beds comfortable and, given that the hotel was built when space was not a commodity, rooms are palatial in size.
clean sheets and everything was okay.

But at least the room I did get had a good view from the window.
This fit the bill for me perfectly, and with a great view of Portland, to boot.

Very clean, comfortable room.
The room had a musty smell when we first arrived.

It had a wide door from the corridor, and a bathroom door that he could just squeeze through, but the footprint of the bathroom floor was barely long enough for the tub and wide enough for the width of the toilet: no wheelchair turning space at all.
No shower bench (they were going to borrow one from the neighboring Red Lion (see review there, too), but it wouldn`t have mattered: this bathroom was far too small for safe transfers from the wheelchair to either loo or bath.
