• My only complaint is that the showerhead was mounted very low for my 6-ft height (sorry, I'm fussy about my showers).

• They moved us to a room on the second floor with a street view, but I was sad I did not get the city view I was hoping for.

• I was in room 701 which was cramped (furniture too big for the space) and looked onto the back of the hotel (a view of shabby backs of buildings, but at least it was quiet).
