• The bed was very comfortable.

• The bed was very comfy.

• Air vents in some bathrooms could use more cleaning.

• I've stayed at 'The Ren' almost every week and in at least 20 different rooms, since the summer of 2011 and the carpets are dirty, seams are coming up, bathroom sinks are often clogged, fans in the bathrooms are LOUD, the 5-year old menu's at both restaurants are exactly the same- heavy on the burgers, french fries, pasta, 1 or 2 steak or seafood choices and average quality- at best.

• NOT clean, not serviced, not maintained, not customer friendly, THE worst concierge food serving previous day's leftovers till over-fried overcooked hard and inedible, stained linens, stained towels, rooms are filthy and get a halfass cleaning if you can bear staying there for more than one night, and the pool is filthy unclear and many foreign objects along with hair and crap in there everywhere, elevators do not work, one pot of coffee is all they expect to make in a lobby that remains as cold as front desk staff.

• Calls for extra towels and other requests were taken care of quickly and with in friendly manner.

• Rooms were OK, clean.

• The only complaint I had is that the initial room we were given had a musty old smell.

• The junior suite was very spacious.

• In the suite, and I would assume any rooms that overlook the pool, the smell of chlorine was overwhelming.

• There were several children in the pool when we viewed it and it was a little to rowdy for my taste.

• My room was on the 6th floor, the view was iron bars over looking the pool, which by the way was so noisy.
