1. The other person at the desk when I reported the bed bug issue just sat there, didn't look up or anything, acted very unconcerned and kept his eyes on the computer he was looking at.

3. Bed Bug markings all over the foot of the mattress with 3 small crawly things ON the top sheet near pillow area, not sure if bed bugs or not but they should not have been there, no matter what they were.

4. I showed it to the next shift staff person and he also said he'd get it up but it was still there the next day (this is the guy that saw the bed bug markings).

9. Although the location is close to Universal the bed bugs issue as well as the smell and the quality of the rooms and just the hotel in general are deplorable.
