• just came back from orlando 1/6/2011 the first night we had a room with a pool view the room was very outdated and the carpet was wet due to the aircon leaking.

• We felt like we paid way too much for this hotel, it was not safe, and even the second room they gave us had dirty rags and the bathroom and shower werent hygenic.

• We did have a problem with the shower and after a quick call down stairs it was sorted.
