• We always stay in and around lake buena vista and have tried disney all stars (POOR) ,springhill suites, staybridge suites, and the royal plaza then we tried embassy suites.

• I stayed in a pool view room (my only issue with the room was the old 27 inch TV that buzzed while it was on- not a big deal because I did not come to the hotel to watch TV) and the room was clean and spacious.

• They offered me several room options for my pool view room room but unfortunately I chose a room with a pool view but traffic noise from I-4 on the other side.

• The king bed bedroom was tiny, with a small walking area on three sides of the bed.

• In the bathroom, I kept smelling a strong urine smell for days and one night as I was bathing I could see a dried puddle of dark (old) urine at the base of the toilet where the screw caps are.

• The room had dirty HVAC vents and mold in bathroom tub.
