• I was in a Jr Suite and found it very well appointed and spacious.

• We were wonderfully surprised to find that we had been upgraded to a suite with a huge balcony that unfortunately was too cold to use.

• The towels were worn and hard, the room dusty and there was hair in the bathroom sink.

• We had similar problems of getting enough towels for the four of us staying a room with two double beds, whcih I would have thought would have been standard.
