• Becoming increasingly disgusted with every corner we looked in - under sheets, behind wall art, etc. - I went to the desk to find the manager and brought him to the room to see what I described as 'a big bug problem'.
• On July 19, 2011 we awoke to find bed bugs on the sheets, on the walls, on the ceiling, and on us.
