• My friend and I (two 40-somethings from the Northeast) chose the Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown for our first visit to Nashville and we weren't disappointed.
• The suite was clean, beautifully appointed decor, the most comfortable beds and a balcony.

• Unfortunately, the shower water splashed all over the bathroom floor (no way to avoid it unless one did not take a shower -- no tub since there was no tub in the room, since it was designed without one).
