Bathroom Traveler Insight - Nice Bathrooms

• Non smokers with children stayed at this purposed 'non-smoking Hotel'- Although the pool area was understaffed with no towels- the kids liked it- There was a pervasive odor of tobacco smoke in bathroom-coming from the vent on the wall.

• Asked Patricia in HSKPG to come and smell smoke in bathroom, she confirmed the odor- she kindly went to the front desk- returned and told me someone would be up- no one ever came- left my cell phone number again with front desk on am of checkout- never received a call from the manager.

• My daughter went to the desk to ask for more and she was told that they didn't have any and we would have to bring our own dirty towels down before they could give us more.

• The towels never did show up, so we all walked dripping, cold, and disappointed through the halls.
