• We had a problem with one of the TVs in the suite and within a matter of minutes they were there to repair and apologized that we even had a problem.

• We use Priceline regularly and get some pretty nice places to stay, Staybridge Suites in Chatsworth or Embassy Suites Santa Clarita.

• Two full sized beds, ugly dirty carpet, a beat up desk and the bathroom resembled the one from the original Psycho.
