• Clean rooms with nice balcony views as well as good lounging areas/ pool.

• Couple reasons: they gave us parking lot view while we stayed there three days (I expected such room at the front desk per their attitude); they charged us parking fees while we did not park in the hotel, of course we caught that and asked our money back; they were unfriendly when we asked the way to our rooms (the rooms are in different buildings).
