• The room had an AWLFUL smell, carpet filthy, drip stains on chair, bedspread visilby dirty, bathroom dirty, AND room was flea infested.

• The bed was hard as a rock, they had a notice in the bathroom saying that they charge for extra clean towels, the air conditioner didn't work right, the bathroom was disgusting, and to top it all off, the only hot water in the bathroom was in the sink.
