• The walls were thin, the drinks machine in the corridor swallowed our dollar notes without giving us anything, the ironing board was broken, the cleaner left a pillow slip in the entrance way one day, no one ever answered the housekeeping phone, the coffee (delicious) wasn't always topped up, the lift beeped ridiculously loud, there was no safe in the room .
