• The front desk man tried to tell me I could not have clean towels and that they do not make up the bed for guests who stay more than one night though the sign in the room said that beds are made daily.

• No toiletries, towels are not plentiful, but I tracked down a maid a got a couple more towels for us.

• First of all, we were upgraded to a suite, which was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable.

• Our stay at the Quality Inn & Suites at DIA was great and it will be where I look first for our future travel to the Denver area.
