• This stay our room was clean and neat.

• elevators broke beer bottles all over hallways,,,wrong room key given to occupied room, pool out of order hot tub broke, tile broken bath dirty no t.

• I didn't bother taking a shower but just waited to take one when we got home because the shower had mildew in all four corners and marks on the tub that looked like dirty stains.

• Maid service repeatedly tried to open and clean my room while I was in the shower despite my requests not to do so and the Do Not Disturb place card.
