• I originally booked a one bed suite, as I am a member of their presidents club they have my preferences stored, within a couple of days of booking they contacted me to advise that all of their one bedroom suites connected to another room which I hate and is on my list of preferences they offered me several options non of which costing any more.

• Took the beautiful new suite.
