• Now the cons: remote in room was broken, ice maker on our floor was broken, light between beds didn't work, both chairs in room had broken arms (you couldn't tell until you sat in the them), tile in shower had mildew in spots, elevator was very hot, carpet in the room had been vacuumed but it was stained and gross.
• However, our room smelled musty upon entering, the carpet needed to be vacuumed, and there was mold on the ceiling in the shower.

• The carpet was dirty, the walls had food smudges on them in several places, and the bathroom was so tiny and outdated that to say it was dissapointing is an understatement.
• The room itself was shop worn with frayed carpet, a semi-dysfunctional shower curtain, a mottled and stained bathroom ceiling, small and very thin towels and thin but clean sheets.

• I stayed in this hotel 2 years ago with no issues, but on this trip, we experienced problems with room assignment, cleanliness of sheets, odor of smoking in nonsmoking rooms, maintenance, and cleanliness of the breakfast area.

• The best part was that when I pulled back the sheets to climb in bed for a quick nap, there was a loose flat sheet that covered a BARE MATTRESS.
• The pillows (two per bed) were thin and uncomfortable.
