Hampton Inn Columbus

• It was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.

• Sleeping area and bathroom were CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN.

• The suite we stayed in was just amazing.

• Excellent service; helpful, friendly front desk; roomy suites with kitchenettes; free wi-fi; flat screen TVs; very comfortable kind-sized beds.

• Free popcorn, great bed & pillows.

• Well appointed with plenty of pillows and one of, if not the, best shower I've ever used in a hotel.

• The bed was comfortable.

• The room was very spacious; the bed was verycomfortable, and so clean.

• Clean rooms.

• reservation was fro 04/29/11 for 2 nights, I arrived to checkin around 1am once I give the check my name he informed me that my reservation had be cancel and I asked he how is that possible when it was gtd for late arrival he check for a room for me a check me in however once he check me in he informed me that it was a smoking room, I didnt complaint it was lated and i had my child with me I would stay in the room for the night and stop at the desk in the morning and change the room that was my plan,however once I got to the floor and the elevator doors open the smoke from one of the guest room was all in the hallway people laughing and hanging in the hall as I am walking towards my room I see that the unfriendly clerk assigned me right next to the room with the crowd ofpeople who were having a party, i immediately returned to the front desks and I waited a good 15 mins before being acknowledged and I asked for my money back the clerk didnt seem to care.

• The other couple`s room was a king-size non-smoking with a beautiful glassed in shower.
