5. It includes a CLEAN & COMFORTABLE standard room, FREE PARKING, a FREE shuttle service to/from the Clinic, FREE breakfast bar (which has a very nice and adequate selection), and the NICEST and FRIENDLIEST hotel staff you will find anywhere, -- they are VERY HELPFUL.
