• We received a discount on the room because of the Clinic and a free upgrade to a suite just by asking if it would be possible to get a refrigerator (for my medication).

• She was very kind and could see the stress of what we were going thru, and she upgraded us at no charge to a jacuzzi suite so I could relax a bit during my 4 days stay---the jacuzzi suite was awesome and soooo relaxing at the end of the day.

• We had a nice view from our room, it was easy to control the temperature.

• a short drive out of town takes a lovley wander along parts of the great lake and some sensational looking homes with great views.

• As for the tiny, square pillows on the bed.

• We went to the Comfort Inn Downtown Cleveland on Euclid Avenue on May 29, 2010 and woke up the next day and found a bed bug crawling across the bed while the curtains had been drawn (It was red, so somebody had been biten).
