• The balcony door barely opened without a great deal of force.

• The shower curtain had mold and the door to the balcony had had the lock broken off the hinges.

• The carpet was damp and there was mold growing in the corners of the threshold to the bathroom, up the wall and acros the ceiling in both the bedroom and bathroom.

• The light fixture in the bathroom had what appeared to be dead bugs at the base of it, so we just kept it turned off.
