Towel

• You can hardly find towel warmer and complimentary bottle of waters even in Hilton or Marriott.

• Obviously not a big deal (I`m not a princess who needs warm towels), but it was there and I wish it worked.

Shower

• The carpeting in the rooms made our socks black from the dirt, the shower was not clean and the A/C did not work (we had freakishly warm weather for November).

• Water in shower and sink was scalding despite how cool we set it.
