• The safe was broken, the minibar was empty, the water cooler in the lobby was kind of dirty looking, the bathroom door stuck.

• The bathroom feels no better than what you would find at a nice Hampton Inn - you've got a very basic tub/shower combo, thinning towels and pipes that make loud, growling noises when you're in the shower.

• The shower head had one setting although it was supposed to be an adjustable shower head -- obviously broken but not replaced.
