Clarion Emerald Springs

• Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

• I got home very late after my third day of trade show work and going out with clients, so I slept in the bed again hoping the itchy bite marks weren't what I feared.

• The room was really quite: no noise from airplanes, no noise from neighbors.

• Security lock broken on back door to main buiding - always open, have to walk across poorly lit parking lot to second building (location of my room), carpet was discustingly dirty, floor tiles in room loose, had to pick up and throw away a beer bottle top from night stand left from previous customer, the main door to my building crashed shut everytime someone entered or left the building - which was throughout the night - rattling the entire building, bathtub drain clogged everytime I used the shower, heater is a wall mount unit that sounds like a jet engine while running, in room coffe maker grossly stained.

• The carpet was stained and the furniture was worn, the tiles in the bathroom cracked.

• The bathroom had loose tiles that rocked on them which could have caused a tripping accident.

• The room was very hot and air conditioner took awhile to start working, pillows small and very lumpy, bring your own, hair dryer not working in our room, I always bring my small one, but besides that it was ok for the time we spent in it.
