• The bathroom looks newly updated with granite tops and nice tiles, but the wallpaper had some mildew around the shower and they skipped replacing the molding around the mirror and doors, opting to repaint over some defects.

• As a matter of fact when we said the sofa bed was a bit lumpy, a brand new mattress was delivered within minutes.

• The pullout bed that my son had to sleep on was pretty awful (sagged in the middle) but he didn't complain.
