• The non-smoking room smelled of smoke, had two light bulbs out, had a 14' TV, and our feet stuck to the linoleum in the bathroom.
• The front desk people were always very courteous, the room was tiny but clean complete with a microwave and an (albeit tiny) television set with cable.
