• After being asked if they would like to bathe in tepid water, they removed the faucet cover and adjusted something and the water temp did increase to where you could take a shower at a decent temperature.

• The bathroom is nice and big and I love the shower.

• She was not rude & even upgraded our room ( I had booked 4 adults in a 2 double bed room by accident & she upgraded us to 2 queens @ no charge).

• About the only thing we didn't like about the room was that they didn't use fitted bottom sheets, and for me that's a very minor issue.
