1. Positives Central and good location, close to everything and china town, has a kitchen if you need to cook, free wifi.

Park Hotel the rooms are great decent size all new ikea furniture and the best shower I've had since being in america, There is a full size kitchen with everything included and a washer and dryer which is handy and this place has the most awesome elevator and the staff are so nice and so helpful.
