The bed was extremely comfortable.
The sleeping area was big, with one bed and a couch/futon.

There`s a great view of the water from the roof.
Perfect location if you like the ocean and to go for a walk in a beautiful park with an ocean view.

It had a nice shower.
There were some good things - spacious room, nice shower, decent restaurant, great location.

The room was DIRTY.
The rooms are definitely outdated but clean and well-maintained.

Third, the bathroom looked like it was the beginning of a remodel - the shower was really nice with 12'x12' tile and a modern shower head, but the rest of the bathroom was outdated and the closet had no door.
The bathroom was TINY, but nicely remodeled.
