No view to speak of but ours was not horrible.
Be sure to go on the 11th floor "sun deck" for great views night or day.

The bathroom was small but very clean.
Sure, the bathroom is lacking character.

There was no room for our luggage on the floor in our room, there was no bath tub, and the shower was filthy.
My complaints: the toilet kept running after flushed, a light bulb was burned out, and the grout in the shower floor seemed dirty.

A storage closet near the elevators provided ironing boards, extra pillows, extra coffee, etc. My only complaint was the bed.

There are a lot of reviews saying that the rooms are to small, which to a certain degree is right (they are not Fairmont size rooms), however do you go to San Francisco and sit in your room all day complaining about the size, most people only stay in their rooms to shower and sleep, then does it matter what size the room is.
Tiny, dark rooms, no iron.
