• Garbage cans are all over the pool area and there is a big bin for dirty towels right there next to the bin of clean towels.

• The towel linens were thread bare and I nearly lost my mind when a washcloth was caked with hard dried egg yolk.

• Both bedrooms were away from the poolside, so when we went to bed, the pool noise didn't bother us at all.

• Doors had warped in our 2 bed suite which made them difficult to open and shut.

• I stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and one of the two bathrooms smelled strongly of urine, which was yucky.
