Spokane House

• Pillows that felt like they were stuffed with sock covered rocks, no additional pillows anywhere in the hotel apparently.

• Our room was clean and meal at the restaurant was delicious and included a spectacular view of the mountains.

• The Spokane House is still trying to hang on, with one of the nicest views in town, and pathetically diner-like quality food.

• Moldy spelling hallways, dirty carpeting in room, not properly trained at the front desk, custodians appear to be more on the ball the hotel staff, manager was no where to be found during check-in at 6 pm, ended up switching rooms, not enough towels, hot tub was murky, pool was cracking and not up to par, dining room was closed for renovations, food in the morning was so poorly done - waffles, white bread, two kinds of cereal, and english muffins - nothing healthy and I didn't eat!and then to add to all of this - they just overcharged me on my debit card so now I have to call them to deal withthem about this .

• Friend's first room - equally dirty carpet.

• The room was somewhat cleaner but the bed was terrible and one pillow was so stained I threw it on the floor and told my husband not to use it.

• The rooms stink, the carpet and bed linens were dirty.

• Pubics in the sink and bathtub, dirty towels hung from the bar, toilet seat broken, shower filthy, .
