• The next morning in the shower the water temperature went from scalding hot to freezing cold in a matter of seconds throughout my entire shower - the shower would not stay at a constant temperature.

• I mean, when someone else turns on the shower, or flushes their loo, the abrupt torrent of water noise will wake you from a dead sleep.
