• It did not look like the tile floor had been cleaned since installation; the carpet was dirty; the bathroom was filthy to the point of dirt and grime on the bathroom walls that were never cleaned the entire week we were there.

• The first night, the bathroom smelled of urine but was cleaned every day after check in and smelled fine.
