• The bed had a sag in it, the pillows were 11' thick (some misguided attempt by Housekeeping to 'spruce up' the lousy bed).

• The bed was very comfortable.

• The only thing I had a difficult time with is the bathroom non skid stuff in the bathtub had worn down and I fell very hard hitting my tailbone and head.

• The heat in my room went out and when the front desk was notified it took the (technician) maintenance guy an hour to get to my room and when he finally got there I also told him that I was having issues with the hot water in the bathroom.
