• No stains, no chips, no bad smells at all (and I am VERY sensitive to smells) and the views were lovely.
• left sink dirty-view obstructed by spots all over the windows not cleaned when we arrived-porch furniture literally falling apart-locks broken to main door and balconies-loud tree trimming and mess made pool area impossible to use one day, truck parked blocking path to beach.

• Definitely time for a overhaul look, very old and had a smell in the second building, the stopper in the tub didn't work, sleeper bed was broken, tv's are out dated and only one pool was filled while i had a view of both the second was dirty.
• The bed was very noisy, the slihtest move u make could be heard in the hallway outside.

• It was right next to the elevator, which we thought may be bad but we did not hear any noise so it ended up being great because of the balcony.
• Our 1 br suite over looking the ocean and pool was spectacular!(I've stayed at both the Marriot and Royal Palm in SOBE that had tiny balconies and minimal ocean view).

Bathroom

• The hair dryer did not work at all, and the bathroom smelled like urine.
• Back into the first room, Although the bathrooms were had been upgraded, the bathroom toilet seat was completely broken off and the second bathroom leaked water from the light fixture and please don't let me forget the stained wash clothes and towels.
