• I went to take a shower to cool off but, the water came out brown and smelled like raw sewage.

• My friend and I went shower at the same time in the separate bathrooms; both ran out of hot water when we were half way through.

• In the room dining chair arm was broken, sofa bed was broken (luckily I brought an inflatable bed just in case we needed it and we did), one bathroom did not have hair dryer, TV has no control and there is only one TV in the entire condo (we rented a 3 bedroom condo).
