• Also, the cleaning staff did not understand English, so the note I left with a tip asking for more towels was completely ignored, and when I saw the housekeeper in the hall, I had to use hand gestures to explain what I needed.

• The hotel is very worn (towel bars falling off the walls, door lockset hanging loose.
