• It was a bit disappointing to come back at midnight hoping to hop directly into the shower only to find that the dirty towels from the previous day hadn't been replaced.

• A decent shower - well, mine had very bad flow through the shower head, I reported it and it may have just been a bad head so I'll give them a pass as overall pressure seemed fine.
