• Of ourse, we complained and asked for another room, but all that was available was a room in another building which would have had no windows and no balcony.

• First night, rug and bathroom had some dirt / lint on floor and desk - second night when I came back, room was spotless.

• The towels were very rough to the skin.

• The beds were uncomfortable, the towels practically transparent and I suspect that the wireless internet was a single AP in the office - I never could connect in our 4 day stay.
