• My husband had to go downstairs to get clean towels from the front desk.
• The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the towels were soft.

• Had an issue with my bathroom and had to be moved it did take the staff over an hour to respond to my call but they did comp me one night of my stay.
• But the bathroom was spotless, which I am very picky about.

• Finally, although we asked for a non-smoking room, cigarette smoke managed to flow into our room through the vents, or we were nearby rooms that did allow smokers.
