• Frustrating that people put towels on beds early in morning and finally arrived at 3pm!but not the resorts fault.

• The room was nice, but the bed was quite hard and the sheets were very thin.

• The shower curtain was stained, the bathroom floor was dirty, there was mold/mildew in the grout and the carpet was not clean.

• The grout on the bathroom walls was black with mold and the mosaic floor tile grout wasn't much better.
