• First, they should've spent some of the money from the kitchen/bath remodel on new mattresses.

• The kitchen was fully equipped and it's a decent sized 2 bedroom, 3 bath room.

• There are two full bathrooms although the shower in the downstairs bathroom is a bit small.

• The queen size bed was so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch.

• That said, for smaller kids, the small beds shouldn't be too much of a problem, but be careful with the sofa bed.
