Hotel Astor

• we stayed in a jr suite it was very nice.

• The suite was neat and clean, as well as spacious.

• ) The large beach towels are free.

• They also give a turndown service at night when a lovely lady comes by to check you have clean towels and leaves chocolates for you.

• The glass shower screen and the rain shower head were particularly nice.

• Good shower also.

• No great views but room was clean and bed was comfortable.

• Came back around midnight, my husband was getting into bed and there was blood on the sheets, clearly the bed had not been changed- called front desk and spoke with Jose who immediately came to our room removed the sheet and apologised several times also advising that housekeeping were unavailable at this time so couldnt put new bedding on but new bedding would be put on our bed the next day- assuring me the remainder of the bedding the quilt and pillows were clean, the bedding didnt feel clean and felt very grubby i went to bed fully dressed that night.

• The bathroom was nice - great water pressure.

• Lovely bathroom.

• The room was very clean.

• The noise inside the room was deafening.
