Receiving towels seemed like an interrogation.
Also, you can walk right out to the beach and they have great complimentary chairs, umbrellas, towels and these little tent looking things.

We liked the glass shower enclosure and the high volume shower head.
The first night of our stay, there was a light bulb out in the room and the drain on the shower was slow.

And the oceanfront rooms are somewhat meaningless as the ocean is too far from the hotel to get the postcard spectacular view.
We received a confirmation, but upon check-in were given (not informed) a City View room, with a bad view and uncomfortable configuration, since it was a handicapped accessible room.

A bit outrageous, but they provided nothing for the dog, no bed, no water bowl, no treats.
Always had a smile, even gave us a free room upgrade after an error with the wrong size bed.

Warning: Rooms are TINY, like NYC size hotel rooms.
We were worried about steet noise so paid $400 a night for room 717 with a balcony.

Bathroom tiny.
The beds and pillows were comfortable, apparently the furniture is very 'art deco' but to me it just seemed old and tired with chipped paint etc. The bathroom is alright, also very small, but that was probably the best feature of the room.
