• Rooms were clean and comfortable.

• however the rooms are outdated!i was hoping for a little more out of a "santa monica" best western.

• The problems arose when I put my head on the pillow.

• Things I found challenging were: overstuffed pillows, noise from the busy street right outside my window, a refrigerator but no microwave, and the fact that the exercise room is located outside the hotel and there is only one key to it.
