The views of the ocean are great and we loved it.
Ocean view was beautiful.

The view from the balcony was fantastic.
The living room couch was in desperate need of a cleaning and there were many broken/missing vertical blinds on the balcony doors and windows.

Very nice room, comfortable.
The room, however, was disappointing.

We enjoyed our 7 night stay in unit 224, our only complaints were thelack of air conditioning, bed was a bit worn in, and the room could stand some updating.
Went to hear the ocean in my ocean front condo when I went to bed instead got a baby screaming underneath my unit and the noise from other units as our bedrooms were at the back of the unit away from the ocean.

The condo itself is outdated (draperies, ceiling fans and bathroom mirrors) need replacing, .
We got - Unit (526) dirty shag carpet, someone's panties on the floor in the closet, broken closet door, broken screen door, more dust than CSI Las Vegas, dirty fridge, broken toaster, paint peeling off of bathroom walls, bedroom walls, closet doors.

The carpets were badly stained and dingy, and the grout, tub and tiles in the master bath were gray and dirty.
There was a wee bit of mildew under the caulking in the bath tub - could be ignored, but it was there and very visible.
