• One more negative: pool towel desk - closed at 5pm - longer hours would be nice instead of trekking back to the front desk to get fresh towels for our excursions the next morning.

• The big disappointment was the bath towels - there is no excuse for small, extremely worn and fraying bath towels!'Concierge' service left a lot to be desired.
