• -wired and wireless in-room HSIA, free to gold and diamond members-very friendly helpful staff, especially at front desk-decent free continental breakfast (for gold and diamond members) in a nice bistro setting with windows!-nice fitness center and small outdoor (usually devoid of guests) poolCONS:-no tub in regular room (tub in suites only)-tiny fridge -analog programming (such a waste on a great big HDTV set)-slow HSIA (oxymoron?)-easily-clogged toilet (outlet tube seems unusually small); were they replaced during the renovation, or are they the old ones.

• On the 29th we were on 5th floor all we had for a view was the back side of a crappy apt.

• The carpet was filthy and black along the edges of the room, the shower curtain and walls had mildew on them, and the faucets and shower knobs all had soap scum crusted all over them.
